These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FutureVisionAI website and purchase of digital educational products (including CISSP Academy content and related materials) offered by FuturevisionAI US LLC, located at 16416 Winding Park Drive, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013, USA.

Digital products & access

Our products are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. After successful payment, you receive instant online access to the purchased digital content through this website. Access is granted to a single natural person (or the email account used at checkout) and is non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, resale keys, or circumvent access controls.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased materials for your personal professional study and internal reference. You may not redistribute, publicly perform, sublicense, or republish the content except where explicitly permitted in writing.

Payments

Payments for CISSP and related digital products are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.

Course progress & local data

Certain features (for example CISSP Academy progress and entitlement flags) may be stored locally in your browser (localStorage).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the materials in a way that infringes third-party rights (including ISC² trademarks — see our footer disclaimer).
