Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to one-time digital purchases made through FutureVisionAI (including CISSP Full Access and the CISSP Exam Simulator) processed by Stripe.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the premium content included in your purchase (for example, fewer than 20% of locked CISSP Academy modules or exam simulator questions, as applicable).

How to request a refund

Email us through the contact page or soasecurecloud@gmail.com with your purchase email, product name, and date of payment. We will verify eligibility using our payment records and reasonable usage indicators. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Non-refundable situations

• Requests made after the 14-day window.
• When more than 20% of the relevant premium content has been accessed.
• Abuse, chargebacks filed without contacting us first, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Banks may take additional days to post the credit. We do not store your card details; refunds are initiated through Stripe’s dashboard/API.

Consulting & templates

IAM consulting engagements are governed by their own signed quote or agreement. Template products may be governed by separate statements or quotes where stated at purchase.
