How we use data

  • Deliver purchased digital products and account unlock flows.
  • Respond to contact requests and waitlist notifications.
  • Operate CISSP Academy features (including progress stored locally in your browser).
  • Improve security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Local browser storage

CISSP course progress, entitlements, and similar preferences may be stored in localStorage on your device. This data is not automatically synced to our servers unless you submit it through a form or authenticated flow we provide.

Processors & subprocessors

We use trusted providers to run the site. Categories include:

  • Stripe — payment processing (we do not store card details).
  • Netlify — hosting and serverless functions.
  • Airtable — CRM / waitlist and lead records where configured.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Calendly — scheduling discovery and consultation calls.

Each processor operates under its own privacy terms; we share only data needed for the service they provide.

Retention

We keep purchase records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
